I am with Youi insurance, as I have been driving for so long with zero claim history, my insurance premium is affordable for comprehensive cover. The guyВ on the phone said as it was not my fault there will be no impact on the premium, but I find it hard to believe. I am not sure if my insurance company will chase the other guy or his insurance provider for the money, but I really wish they do so as he will be more cautious in his driving next time around. I have eventually made a claim with my insurance company, they have wiped off my excess as it was not my fault, apparently, this is called recoverable claim (something new). If you are driving around with no insurance then the only option you are left is to take it up legally, depending on the damage you can decide if itвЂ™s worth the legal bill. As this guy was at fault I have called his insurance company thinking of lodging a dispute and to save ratings with my company but unfortunately, we canвЂ™t do this, only insured person can raise a claim or dispute. No one can claim or raise a dispute with other persons insurance company. In case of accidents like this, where falter acts irrationally, we are left with no other option but to take it with our insurance company. The best anyone can do in situations like this is to collect as much evidence and witnesses as we can to prove who is at fault. The lady whom this guy avoided came on board supporting me and that he should slow down, but he was obstinate with his thought. What I really dislike in this situation is we are left with ourselves in resolving, there wonвЂ™t be any help from authorities unless someone is injured or property damaged intentionally. Unfortunately with the blame game going on, there was no way I could make anyone accept the fault, I was left with no option but to take it with my insurance company. It is important that we capture all the details as soon as the accident takes place, any lapse in doing so might cause the facts to be compromised. Unless he agrees itвЂ™s his fault and stops blaming the lady, there is no one at fault and no one can get their cars fixed.ДЄs soon as the accident happened, I have started taking pictures before the cars are moved out of position. I am not sure where in the logical mind that it makes sense to swirl around a car instead of applying breaks.

He was quite amateurish in dealing with situations like this, what he doesnвЂ™t understand is she is not in the picture with the insurance company, as he didnвЂ™t touch her car, in situations where there is series of car accidents, cars bumped into one another on a freeway you can only claim insurance from the car owner whose car has touched you. I call him an idiot as he would totally disagree with the fact that he was driving too fast in a parking lot and instead blames the lady for the cause of the accident. What would have been wise is first to stop the car and second going at a speed that is stoppable in the parking lot. There was a lady who was trying to take her car out of the parking lot and this person tried to swirl around the car to avoid collision and in turn, ended up hitting my car. If involving in a car accident is not headache enough, having an accident with an idiot is adding salt to a wound.
